Originally part of reputable law firm, Horsey Lightly Fynn, the planning consultancy began in earnest in the early 70s.

Today, we focus on specialist planning and licensing support across South West England.

We assist with planning applications and licensing applications, and we are known for our success in complex planning matters involving Heritage Areas and Lawful Use.

Our approach is professional, practical and responsive, helping clients navigate complex requirements, save time and move projects forward with confidence.
