Objecting to Applications

We are often contacted by concerned property and land owners regarding planning applications that have been applied for nearby.

The start of the process for us is to establish whether there are any planning grounds that you could possibly object on the basis of. This process is what the Council should ultimately be doing when they consider the application and it is using past experience of working for local authorities that helps us to do this efficiently.

Development near your home can affect property prices and also the enjoyment you currently experience. However, if there are no grounds under which you can legitimately object then we will say – we don’t like wasting our time or your money!
